Service Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS
Full payment is required upon making the reservation and prior to receiving confirmation.

If full payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

All requests for amendments to a reservation are required in writing by fax or electronic mail at least seven (7) days prior to the first activity date. Amendments may be approved subject to availability at the sole discretion of Sun Eagle Adventures Management.

CANCELLATIONS
A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by a guest on the activity date. In the event of an amendment not being received 7 days prior to the activity booked, the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of guests originally confirmed.

Sun Eagle Adventures Management reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, the lack of passengers or weather conditions. In the case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Management.

In the event of a cancellation by Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid.
